Over the years I have struggled with my weight trying so many diets and exercise plans. After havingthree kids and really after the age of 40 I was putting weight on and it wasn’t coming off as easily asit used to. Once I hit 50 and I had to buy a bigger jean size I decided it was time to try something different.
